Role	Project Manager
Qualifications	Project Management Certification (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Experienced Management is preferred. Communication skills Negotiation skills Problem solving skills Leadership skills Japanese language required (native level)
Job Description	Supervise, direct, and organize a team for a series of processes from project order to delivery. Coordinate with other departments and provide information to facilitate the project. Make sure that the work is progressing on time and within the scope and budget of the project. Coordination with internal and external parties necessary for project progress. Risk management
Working Hours	9:00 - 18:00; Flextime available; Core time between 7:00-22:00 (consult with department lead)
Salary	Determined in accordance with company regulations while considering account ability and experience.
Holidays / Vacations	125 days a year ; paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc. Weekends and holidays; New Year Holiday

Qualifications	Degree not required but CCNA or CCNP certifications or demonstrable equivalent knowledge are. Experienced IT engineer preferred.
